Interactive, Practical & Role-Relevant Learning

Our training is designed to build understanding, confidence, and practical application across all levels of an organisation.

Senior Leadership Sessions
Focused on organisational responsibilities, leadership buy-in, and the strategic implementation of accessible and inclusive practices. These sessions support senior leaders to embed accessibility for assistance dog partnerships into organisational culture and decision-making.

Manager & Operational Training
Designed to help managers translate policy into day-to-day practice, build consistency across teams, and confidently respond to real-world scenarios while supporting implementation across services and sites.

Frontline & Public-Facing Staff Training
Focused on building confidence in day-to-day interactions with assistance dog partnerships, helping staff respond appropriately, improve customer experiences, and support accessible and inclusive service delivery.

Delivery Options: Virtual or in-person delivery, we can work with you to deliver single sessions or multi-stage roll out tailored to your organisation.

ADUK Ambassadors

Our Ambassador Team often join our training sessions to share their lived experience of being partnered with an assistance dog, and the impacts of access refusal.

A huge thanks to Assistance Dogs UK for providing awareness training to our Supporter Services Team. This was incredibly beneficial and taught the team how to manage inbound enquiries from supporters wishing to bring their Assistance Dog to an event at Emirates Stadium.
